　　1、在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)200~300小時(shí)后，應(yīng)進(jìn)行第一次換油，在以后的使用中應(yīng)定期檢查油的質(zhì)量，對(duì)于混入雜質(zhì)或變質(zhì)的油須及時(shí)更換。一般情況下，對(duì)于長(zhǎng)期連續(xù)工作的減速機(jī)，長(zhǎng)期停用的減速機(jī)，在重新運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)之前亦應(yīng)更換新油。減速機(jī)應(yīng)加入與原來牌號(hào)相同的油，且不得與牌號(hào)相同而粘度不同的油允許混合使用；

　　1. After running for 200-300 hours, the first oil change should be carried out, and the quality of the oil should be regularly checked in future use. Any oil mixed with impurities or deteriorated should be replaced in a timely manner. In general, for gearboxes that work continuously for a long time and have been out of service for a long time, new oil should also be replaced before resuming operation. 　　2、換油時(shí)要等待減速機(jī)冷卻下來無燃燒危險(xiǎn)為止，但仍應(yīng)保持溫?zé)幔驗(yàn)橥耆鋮s后，油的粘度增大，放油困難。

　　2. When changing the oil, wait for the gearbox to cool down and there is no risk of combustion, but it should still be kept warm because after complete cooling, the viscosity of the oil increases and it is difficult to drain the oil.

　　3、工作中，當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)油溫溫升超過80℃或油池溫度超過100℃及產(chǎn)生不正常的噪聲等現(xiàn)象時(shí)應(yīng)停止使用，檢查原因，必須排除故障，更換潤(rùn)滑油后，方可繼續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)；

　　3. When the oil temperature rises above 80 ℃ or the oil pool temperature exceeds 100 ℃ and abnormal noise is generated during work, the use should be stopped, the cause should be checked, the fault must be eliminated, and the lubricating oil must be replaced before continuing to operate;
